A trial for convicted killer Charles Limbrick will commence Monday, but the proceedings will move forward with a caveat. Fourth Judicial District Judge Deborah Grohs ruled at a pre-trial conference Thursday that testimony and evidence during the trial must remain focused on Limbrick's March 4 arrest on suspicion of felony vehicular assault and misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence and careless driving.
